You’ll be joining a passionate team of 21 people, working in a hybrid/remote environment based in Montreal.

How you’ll support our success

• Lead content ideation and brainstorm creative concepts for organic social content and paid advertising campaigns.
• Write and oversee copywriting for video scripts, ads, captions, hooks, and campaign messaging.
• Plan, film, and direct filming sessions, ensuring creative quality and brand consistency.
• Recruit, brief, and manage actors/actresses or on-camera talent for campaigns.
• Own the content production workflow from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage and collaborate with the Media Buyer and Marketing Coordinator, aligning creative with performance goals.
• Work closely with performance marketing to iterate on creatives based on data and results.
• Ensure content aligns with Norga’s brand voice, positioning, and regulatory context.
• Stay on top of content trends, platform best practices, and emerging formats (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, paid ads).
• Organize content calendars, assets, and documentation to support scale and consistency.

The value you bring

• Advanced French proficiency required; bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred. This role involves writing, directing, and validating ad content primarily in French.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or performance-driven marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write concise, conversion-focused scripts and messaging.
• Experience leading creative projects or coordinating contributors (talent, freelancers, media buyers, designers).
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, from ideation to execution.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising formats.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear creative direction and feedback.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation & work conditions

• 35 to 40 hours per week
• Annual salary of $65 000 to $78 000 depending on experience.
• Hybrid work environment based in the Old-Montreal

How you’ll support our success:

• Plan and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual stories that align with our brand and messaging.
• Work closely with our marketing coordinator to brainstorm creative concepts
• Edit videos and develop organic content ideas tailored for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, paid ads, etc.) with a focus on engagement and clarity.
• Organize and maintain video files and equipment.
• Stay up to date with video trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.

The value you bring:

• Bilingualism required (French/English) This role will require advanced skills in English to communicate with clients across Canada.
• Strong creative vision and technical skills in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience creating content for web and social platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
